I've never thought about that. I've never had that problem in the rain. I guess I think heated mirrors, I think of winter and snow. But the weather in my neck of the woods is far off Florida's. I wish it was warm enough for me to do some mods. Sad thing is I have a 1400 sq ft garage. I NEED to get that thing heated.

It's not really that warm... It's only going to get up to about 75 degrees tomorrow.....

Update: this ####### on ebay won't come down on his price any for a pair of tow hooks.... SO, until I can find a pair for like 20-25 bucks that's going on hold.....

save a few bucks.... get the LED tail lamps. the ones that look factory style. I get other explorers following me and asking where I got em. here's the ebay hope that worked. dont get the clear ones... personally think the altezza or whatever is trashy. then buy $6 bright white LED bulbs... And if your skilled enough you can try upgrading your puddle lamps to leds too. BUT search the forum to find out the right way... I broke the plastic off and ruined the lens. And the hyper white led license plate bulbs. Not the blue tho... It shows up too blue.

To piggy back on this, upgrading all your lighting, interior and exterior will make your truck look so much better.

For less then $100 you can change every bulb on your truck to bright white LED.

Is that like an Advance Auto Parts/Napa walk-in kind of thing? Where can I buy the right LED lights to do this?

I'm also painting my headlights this week....

Anyone know what kind of paint I should use for that? High-heat? Gloss or flat?

Go dig through some local junk yards. Thats what I did, and found a set off an 02 F-150 for $15 bucks. But If you do find a set, if you can't get the bracket inside of the frame rail. Don't use the stock bolts, just get some 1/2"x2" bolts 1/2" nuts grade 5 or 8. You'll be set.

add a grille gaurd or basket up top thats what i am doing

CB radio, radar detector, exhaust
