Coolant problems

I have a 2007 ford explorer 4.0 V6 with execly
68,452.00miles on it only one time owner very well taking care off...well yes I'm a female but anyways my husband brings me my truck like omg Wth it takes more force to push the gas piddle down no aint-freeze at all in it so I know there has to be a leak somewhere an its making a knocking noise

Don't drive it without water/anti-freeze. Unless you know what you're looking for I would have it checked out by someone who does.
