When I installed KKM yesterday, I saw the coolant was one inch lower than the range on the tank.

I don't wanna flush whole thing... in fact I don't know how to do it... :fart:

So can I just open the cap and pour any coolant to the mark?

Or... Should I flush whole existing coolant and fill the tank with new coolant?

I don't know these kind of works...

I am just getting interested in my truck recently...

Please let me know the EASIEST way

Thank you

Yep. This would be the easiest.

as long as you put the GREEN coolant in and not the RED Toyota stuff or the ORANGE GM stuff

aha...

ONLY Green is right... Never different colors... I got it.

Thank you very much...

Well, put what the car came equiped with... the explroers use green... not all cars do though

Yep, when the engine is cold, add coolant/water mix to the cold mark. Check it again in a few days when its cold to make sure it is still at the cold mark. If it has dropped again, take it to a shop for a pressure test as you have a leak somewhere. You can buy pre-mixed green coolant at most auto-parts stores and Walmart. Sounds ideal for your purpose. make sure to use the same color coolant that is already in your car.

Green? What is wrong with using orange? That is what I have there now. They're not mixed though. Just all orange.

I too, use orange. It's the Prestone 5/150 extended life stuff. I haven't had any problems whatsoever with it. Good stuff.
