Couple quick questions

I recently bought another '02 Mountaineer for myself as a daily driver (My wife has one also). Mine has the 4.6 V8 with the luxury package. Ive had it for 2 weeks, I LOVE IT! We got POUNDED with snow this weekend and it doesnt do as well as my wife's V6, although hers has new tires. Mine is in desperate need of tires. I put a set of Firestone Destination A/T's on my wife's and they kick but in all weather conditions. I think I will be getting another set for my ride, I love those tires. What tires do you guys run? Anyway I have a couple questions.. The rear wiper doesnt work and in the manual it says there is a relay behind the rear pass side trim panel. Has anyone checked this or know exactly this is? Also Ive noticed when the heater isn't on sometimes I smell a musty smell coming from the vents. It never smells when the heater is on though and I only smell it once and a while. Anyone know what this is?

I run Destination MTs. They are great in all conditions, but if you are just driving on the road, then the ATs are probably good enough.

Yea I think I'll get another set for mine.. Is there anyway to remove the white paint on the white letters? I know I can just have them reverse mounted but the back side dosent look as good as the front, IMO.

On the MTs there is a bead protector built into the tire but only on the white letter side. I don't know about the ATs but that is something to consider.
