Cracked D Pillar

i have same issue, heavy rain causes a leak through the 3rd row seat seat belt which triggers a sensor alert for the airbag. my mechanic said it was a seat belt issue, I think the leak is causing the sensor alert, who replaces these D Pillars.

Welcome to the Forum.
When you say you have the same issue, are you referring to the crack or the leak? If it is just the leak, it could very well be due to the roof rail mounting point. That will allow water to run down the 3rd row seat belt and in most cases into the spare tire well.

Thank you. To replace the 'D' pillar, the side window has to be removed according to a previous post here.
