Crankcase ventilation system not connected P04DB

Hello brother's,
I have a ford explorer 2017 platinum and the check engine is opening since a two weeks. I just saw this code when I cheak on the system.

Please if anyone here facied this code just let me how can fix it.

I just fixed the issue and the cheak engine light is moved directly from my car.
I just leave the sensor and cleaned.
Items code GL3A-6D610-AA.

Yes brother since Jan_23 and today unfortunately it's come back the same issue and same code P04DB . I think we should to change the sensor related to this item GL3A-6D610-AA.
If anyone have any feedback plz let us know
