CRASHED MY X AGAIN

everyone hit thier breaks, my breaks locked up and i hit the median and some truck. My cars axel is really bent How much do you think it would cost to fix the axel, after thats fixed i will see if i can fix the cosmedic stuff. i cant believe that within a couple of weeks of getting my ex fixed and getting my system back i crashed it again Also i got a ticket for driving to fast for conditions which were blue sky's and 70 degree weather, so do you think i can get it mitigated or deffered cuz im in high school and i tihnk my insurance will drop me if i get a ticket.

Sounds like ya were goin too fast, and too close to the vehicle in front of ya... In which there are many tickets he could write... How long ago was yer other accident and how many have ya been in? That'll effect the insurance

my other one was in febuary and it wasnt my fault at all some guy ran a red light and hit me and he got a ticket and everything. I have never been in any other accedents and i havent gotten any tickets either. But the cop that wrote the ticket said to go to court and he told me that he had to write the ticket in this kind of accedent.

but my insurance company if a ***** they are really cheap tho (national merit) but like in my other accdent i only got 70% of the money cuz they were like you should have seen him comming or some BS. i should have taken legal actions or something cuz thats just crooked said a lawyer and a cop that i know so maybe that will help in this case i dunno

A bent axle is pretty bad. If you axle is bent with out question there is gonna be some structural damage.
Beeing a 94 you are cuttin' it pretty close.
How many miles are on it , what condition was it in before the accident and is if fully loaded ?

yeah its fully loaded sport with like 140,000 miles

but its in good condition, it didnt drift or anything

yeah and im pritty sure its bent because the left tire is not perpindicular to the ground and there is a spot on the tire that is buldging but i will post the pics tomarrow

just the axle warped? the frame is probably bent too..... may be cheap to fix, may cost bank.... depends on where you go.......

I can't see an insurance company fixing a 140K engine... just seems like too much. Good luck, though. I hope all works out well.

insurance isnt paying for anything i have to pay for it all, so its either sell my ex for parts and buy a new car or fix it

well than, how mechanically inclined are you? do you have the time and the tools required to do the work? do you care if you drive a FUBARed truck?

well not really that mechanically inclined. but i do know people that are, one of my friends dad ownes a shop. If it costs more than 1500 to fix then i may consider alternative options. And whats a FUBARed truck???

There's a good chance that they may total your truck. And what do you mean that the insurance will pay nothing? The insurance should pay anything above and beyond what your deductable is whether it is your fault or not. That's why you have insurance!
