Crazy Flashing Service Lights

2005 Explorer I believe, It's not mine.

These lights go crazy and cycle through each other real fast.

Check Tire Pressure, Check Charging System, check engine they flicker, it's pretty strange. Any Thoughts? -Thanks

Sounds like a short somewhere.. the 05's have a small network running in them for advancetrac RSC...
