Creaking when turning and tire wear

Any suggestions for creaking when turning at slow speeds and inner from only tire wear? Just want a list of what is most likely causing it as I would rather do the work myself. I also have an issue with a burning plastic smell from under the hood, very light but noticable and usually after at least 30 min of driving, no soot or signs of smoke and no wear on the belt.

creaking when turning is the stabilizer bar bushings. The tire wear means u need an alignment. Get your ball joints and tie rods checkout to make sure they are in good shape too.
