This forum is great! I just bought a 2012, Explorer from the dealership and it didn't come with crossbars so I hit Amazon and purchased a set of OE crossbars by Brightlines. Anybody do the same? If so, I'm having trouble with one of the final steps: actually getting the cross bars on the plastic pivot knob. Any suggestions? I saw on the customer review that another dude had problems and there was some sort of a better installation guide online, but haven't been able to find it! Thanks in advance!
