curious about wheels

well im new to trickin trucks so ill get right to the point. got an 01 sport trac 4x4 and lookin for some new wheels and i cant seem to find any online that give all the info i need. i dont have the stock rims nor did i ever, so im not sure the proper backspacing or lug pattern. wantin to put a set of 16's with about a 285/70. any suggestions?

first suggestion is to do a search cause this has been covered before

with that said the lug pattern is 5x4.5 and im pretty sure the stock backspaing is 3.5 inches
