The manual says:
Under normal conditions, your vehicle’s climate control system should be
left in any position other than MAX A/C or OFF when the vehicle is
parked. This allows the vehicle to ‘‘breathe’’ through the outside air inlet
duct.
I've never done this, I was always taught by my old man to shut everything off (radio, wipers, climate control, etc) before shutting a car off. I'm assuming an extremely cold day/night doesn't count as "normal conditions" but maybe I'll start doing this in the spring/summer. Just curious if anyone else knew about this...
