My installer and I finally had some time this weekend to re-examine the retro fit issues my ST was having.

Here is an PRE-Correction

As you can tell, we managed to level both headlights evenly. The cut off is simply amazing in real world application. However, we still could not figure out why there is still a "hot-spot." The last item on this project is having the DRLs turned OFF since they are tied into the headlight power source. Then the headlight and fog light halos will be wired to a DRL control module.

A Big thanks for diesel_s for being one, if not the first to do this mod and giving me feedback on how to fit the issues.

Looks much better, odd that the passenger side still throws that massive blurr. Cut-off is very sharp!

Another member suggested that I try to replace the bulb and see if that helps. I may be doing that next week. Somewhat annoying though having that hot spot.

Sweet correction! And no problem. Idk why you have that issue though...mine doesn't have it. And I'm definitely not the first on the sport Trac but I'm definitely one of the few willing to help others do theirs right

It's been said but the hot spot issue is caused by bulb placement within the projector.
If it's the bulb itself, or if it's just seated wrong fixing either will fix the hotspot.
Best of luck.
