Custom Rear Shackle Question

Hello everyone,
I work for a small manufacturing company and I can make my own Warrior style type shackles. Can someone PLEASE give me the specifications?
I want a minimum lift and would like to know the L x W x H and thickness and most importantly what kind of bolts and grade... basically everything.
