Cut wires to rearview mirror..now what???

The rear view mirror in my 2002 Ford Explorer fell off and was hanging by some wires, and after multiple tries of trying to reconnect it, I may or may not have gotten frustrated and cut the wires it was hanging from. I immediately lost all my gauges (fuel, speedometer, battery level, temperature, etc.) and my blinkers and brake lights don't work now. I have headlights, tail lights, hazards, radio and the dash is lit up. Does anyone have any clue what damage I have done and what I can do to fix this? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. Check all of the fuses to make sure when you cut the wires you did not blow a fuse.

First step would be to splice all the wires back together. If that doesn't fix your issue, then check fuses.
