Dark Grey XLT(?) Grill

I've seen a few Explorers around here that have a darker greyish grill, not the silver one. I'd almost call it bronze. I've noticed it on white Explorers, so it's not a body color thing. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Was it a different year thing? They're definitely '11 - '15s.

I would've expected it to be black, then! Interesting.

When you consider the rest of the trim is also grey, it makes sense.

Yep. Paint match to the wheels, too - magnetic grey.

Yup! 15 XLT with Appearance package has the Magnetic Gray grille, mirrors, rear spear and rims.
