ok. i have some lights that are out on my car. i got the bulb to replace the light behind the speedometer but my button for the rear defroster doesnt light up anymore. i took off the radio console thing and looked at the button and i couldnt see how to change a bulb on that. do i have to buy a whole new one? also my headlight switch and the dimmer button dont light up anymore. what bulbs are needed to change that? are they blue or white? and the one behind the dash is white isnt it?
sorry for all the questions. i just want to know what i need before i rip my dash off.
i have a 95 sport by the way

I know what you mean mike. Mine is ripped apart now. I messed up on some guages. I ordered 2001 (Exp sport) sport trac guages. Hopefully they will work with my 96. The bulbs hehind the dash are white and they go through a blue film.

You need to replace the whole switch. Those bulbs are very hard to find.

It's a real P.I.T.A. to replace the head light switch bulb. MY dash lights went out partiall and my heater controls in my 95 recently as well. I would hit the junkyard for a switch.

thats a good idea. ima try the pick n pull
