Day time runing light

I have xlt advancetrec 2007.every time when i start the engine and engage the gear,head light comes on and never goes off even in a sunny climate.if any one knows how to disable it kindly let me know.

Welcome to the forum! Those vehicles are equipped with Daytime running lights and unfortunately the only way to turn them off is to pull the fuse for them under the hood.
