Day Time Running Lights

On my 2003 Explorer the day time running lights started to blink. When I turn on headlights it stops, would it be the DRL modual gone? If so where would it be located?

yup its the module and its located just behind the bumper on the driver side

On my 02 the DRL module is located on the inner fender behind the fuse/relay box adjacent to the firewall on the drivers side. If it is unplugged the day time running lights will stay off. My module crapped out some time ago causing them to not operate at all. I rigged up a home brew system using three relays I bought on-line plus a resistor from a friend. Total cost was $15. The module up here is $135 at the dealer but a bit cheaper on-line.
