Defunct Rear Wiper Motor

The rear wiper motor on my X is busted, and we think it's because teh gears have been stripped. Does anyone know of a kit that I can buy to rebuild the transmission in the wiper motor? If not, a good place to buy a new/rebuilt one (not used)? I'm trying to save some money.

I'd call up a local junk yard. I know there is one here that has a few v6 explorers.

Okay, not an option for 2 reasons.

1) I can't get them through the Junk yard.
2) If I could, then I have no guarentee it works. Kinda like buying an abs module from a Junk yard.

I should have read your post better. Anyway I would get a new part from ford parts network or ford parts online. Much better pricing than at the local dealer.
