Delayed second gear.

I got a ford explorer 94 but is taking too long to shift to second gear, I just replace all the in side of it, but I don't know why is acting wird thanks everyone

Welcome to this forum! I've renamed your thread, and moved it into the transmissions section. You might have a sticking governor, leaking servo, out of spec band adjustment, sticking valve body, or a leaking modulator.
