Hey guys, just joined the forum and I'd like to share a product I came up with. I have a 94 Mazda RX-7 that I'm swapping an Explorer 8.8 differential into it. The car will likely make over 1000 whp and I needed some differential bushings that wouldn't flex. I couldn't find anything aftermarket so I decided to make my own with the help of a friend of mine.

We decided to make the bushings out of Delrin for a near solid mount with a steel inner sleeve. The black material in the pictures is delrin and the white material is UHMW which I used for the spacer on the bottom of the differential.

I figured you guys might be interested in these as well. We can do another run of these for the Explorerforum if allowed.

That's pretty cool, not sure about demand here for stuff like that though - not many people autocrossing their Explorers and only a few doing big power upgrades.

Did you guys CNC the delrin?

Good luck with your Ford 8.8 swap. After a quick Google search, I was surprised to see how somewhat common it is.
