natd is right. It depends how often you hit the trails and want the added ease of removal of the sway bar for more articulation. I've personally never removed the front sway bar for off roading, only the rear.

Same here, I have never undone the front I do a lot of slick rock rock crawling like Moab/St.George Utah. So I am always worried that under droop I will bind and break the CV's. So I just leave it connected and drive smarter and (would be nice but not needed) to have the minimal flex the TB front end can even offer. Rather have to approach it different than break my CV's or diff.
If you go out on the trails you would like the ability to disconnect the front sway bar, but you will want to get limiting straps so that your wheel doesn't droop enough to cause strain on the CV's.
