Diagnosing A No Start/Slow Start - Starter Concerns

got the wiring diagram, fixed the plug wires, put in a new used crank sensor and an ign module, fixed the hot air pipe around the exhaust manifold, a new ign switch and locking cylinder. everything works except no start. it cranks great though. i think it is the fuel pump it only puts out 3 to 4 psi i also need to change the relays for the fuel pump and the ign. the radio lights up but no sound and the door on the passenger side rear won't open so it is a work in progress. i only paid 100 bucks for it and someone rebuilt the front end before it got it so that helps.
