diagnostics software???

Wanting to buy diagnostics software and interface for my 1999 Explorer V6. Not bothered if it does other makes too but just want something I can put on my laptop to hook it up to my car. Any suggestions to something cost effective?

Cheers for that, will download it onto my other laptop as these things tend to work better on XP.
