ok just now i was sitting at a stop light, i had on my blinker, stereo, lights and a set of fog lights (dont know if all of this matters or not), and out of nowhere my explorer feels like its kinda jerking foward and dies. my check engine light comes on and that little red battery light comes on. i try to start it again and it starts for about 2 seconds then died again. and i try to start it again and nothing. then finaly it starts.....what the hell is going on?

Sounds like a possible IAC problem. Would it run if you kept your foot on the gas?

what is IAC problem? and if i had my foot on the gas, yea it would run.

Depending on the reason it stalled, the computer may store a trouble code related to it's stalling. It only takes a couple minutes, I would run the KOEO test (see tests at www.dalidesign.com/hbook/eectest.html) and see if there are any continuous memory codes that would point to a reason for it stalling.
