difference between 99 and 2000 front bumper?

heres a link to the SS speed grille bumper insert that i would like to get but it says only for the year 2000, not 99-01. any thoughts.

There are no differances between the 99 - 01 bumpers as far as I know...

thats what i thought. every site that sells SS says for 2000's.
