Differences in fuel injection from 98-00?

Hi all. New to Explorers and this board. I just bought a 98 Limited 4x4 with the 4.0 SOHC. It needed a new motor, so we bought a used one out of a 2000. The parts guy said we would need to change all of the intake and fuel injection from the old motor onto the new one. They look the same. Do you know what the differences would be from a 98 to a 00? Thanks for any help.

The returnless fuel lines started somewhere around there. I forget the exact year but its 98 or 99. Other than that I can't think of anything.
