Tried to put new 31s on my stock rims and the tire store said I have two different size wheels on it. They said the fronts are 15x7 and the backs are 15x6.5. These wheels are the factory five spoke type. The ones that come on many, if not all first gen eddie bauers.
Does anyone know if this style wheel was produced in two sizes and why?? Could there be a difference in wheel size between 4x2 and 4x4 trucks? Is there a dirrerence between Ranger and Explorer rims? I would think not, but I could be wrong. I bought the truck used and my guess is someone before me curbed two of the rims and got some new ones.
Any info would be great. I already have purchased some 15x8s to put on it.
