Good evening all!

I've installed LED lights on my truck already, however it was just an amazon relay harness that's worked very well! But I'm about to mount up some roof lights and all the harnesses I've searched for aren't long enough for where I'm wanting to mount. My question is this.

What kind of wires do I need? Automotive wire doesn't seem the same as speaker wire. What's considered the best wires for relay harnesses? Any suggestions and advice would be very appreciated. I love learning this stuff!

I would just use some 14ga stranded shold be plenty. 30 to fused battery 87 to red led wire. 86 to switch out of switch to ignition switch power and 85 to ground most of the time you can pick up a 4 pin 30a relay & harness cheap at advance oriellys etc
