That kit won't do anything for the rear of your ex, Rough country makes a four inch lift for the explorer, about 700 bucks, and includes rear springs. If you go with the ranger three inch lift, you will need longer shocks, and a add a leaf plus warrior shackles to get the rear to match the front, also at least front brake lines. The swaybar will be okay with a three inch lift, but you will need either longer end links, or drop brackets on a four inch, the quick disconnects are a good idea for extending travel when wheeling.

the kit comes with rear blocks and i already have some shocks(lift application) im looking to buy also. the blocks should do? should'nt they?
 






All blocks will do in the rear is lower the X due to it being spring under axle=SUA. Andrew
