OK,

I just put on my new Gabrielle VST shocks, Love them!:bounce:

I also had Sears install my BFG AT KO's, Best tires I have ever owned!:D

So far you guys on this B-Board are 2 for 2;)

Now I just got in my Warrior Shackles, do I need to replace the bushings when I install them??? I haven't heard anyone mention this? If so, were if the best place to get them, Pep Boys doesn't stock them and my truck is a 95 XLT w/120,000 miles. Is it required?

Also when I go to get an alignment for my truck after I do the TT and add the shackles, do I need to go to a specialist? I asked sears if I could bring my truck back after I lift it 1.75" and they told me that they may not be able to do it because I will be changing the stock specs of the truck by raising it? Is this true? Someone also told me that I was only tightening the torsion bars and not really changing the specs on the truck.

I didn't replace mine and have'nt had any probs. . I raised my ft. end 1.50" and didn't have an alignment done ( they can't get the tools on my wheels to perform the alignment ) . My tires are doin' great , so not so sure the alignment is a must . ;)

Warrior Shackles

Howdy! I was Wondering if you could do me a favor and mesure eye to eye for me, is it 7 1/2 or more? Also is there a piece of stock between the two uprights like the stock shackles? The reson I ask is im going to buy a set but right now im having a friend make me some. If you could help me out that would be great. Thanks:chug:

The eye to eye on the Warriors is 8.5" I believe. The stocks are usually 5.5", and I've heard sometimes 4.5". There is reinforcement in between the bolt holes.
