Do we have Map or Maf Sensor

Ive showed that im not really motor educated, do we have a Map or Maf sensor on 1993 Explorer?

Yes, there is a MAF sensor located on the end of the intake tube connected to the air box.

It is an MAF, or Mass Air Flow sensor. It's purpose it to measure the amount and velocity of the air coming to the motor and it plays a big part in how the motor runs. An improperly functioning MAF will give you problems.

A '93 Explorer only uses an MAF, there is no MAP.
