Does anyone ever get tired of having a modded ex?

not to sound like an ass... but I will, when **** starts going wrong it usually means you bit off more than you can chew . Thats one reason why I try to stay with bolt on "kits", someones already had the headaches. The other one that someones mentioned is dont take short cuts, winding back to where you started from isnt much of a cut after all.. You should not modify a daily driver is rule #1 if you dont have a second car.

Every once in a while I would get in the truck and just want it to be stock. Quiet, shift sloppy, etc. This was after a bad day. I threatened to turn the truck back to stock right before I wrecked it. Never happened I put it in a junk yard before I could finalize the decision. I did entertain the thought daily. Just for informational purposes, it wasn't till the trans conversion that I even considered it. My truck never had electrical bugs and ran excellent all the time. Just when I had a bad day a daily driver would've been better. BTW, I don't believe I bit off more than I could chew I just wanted it back to stock and have a track only vehicle, sometimes. Dang! I miss it. -j

This is why many of us have daily drivers. I do realize that is not feasable for everyone.
