My headlight switch and cruise lights are out too. What an annoyance....

Electrical Problems

Talk about annoyance. My blinkers don't work it the steering wheel isn't fully up. (middle of lower position the don't work)

Also, you have to push and cruse to get the washers to spray in the front.

I don't think Ford sells lights separately for the cruise controls. However, you can go to a salvage yard and take apart the cruise units and snag the lights. I did this for some members a year or so ago when I made a salvage yard run for parts. I'd do it again this year but I'm at school and unsure when I will be home to get to the local salvage yard.

Does the 97's headlight switch light up?

97 headlight switch

The switch itself doesn't light up, but the three circles indicating off/parking lights/headlights lights up ALL the time. It's brighter with the headlights off, and dims when the parking/head lights are on.
