Door Lock Trouble

So my drivers door lock actuator has been broken for a while. On Saturday I replaced it with a new one but in removing the old one I must have bent something ever so slightly in the locking mechanism. I spent a good amount of time playing with it and sometimes it would lock with the power locks or sometimes only the key. I finally got it to lock with both the key and power lock. However, I just noticed last night that if I pull the door handle up quickly after locking the door with either the power lock or the key that the door opens. Any advice on this or do I just keeping playing around with bending putting pressure on certain parts. I already tried lubing everything up.
