Door Locks Unlocking Constantly

well I have been having a wierd problem with my truck ( 97 5.0)
the door locks keep unlocking themselves repeatedly, doesnt matter if I lock it or keep it unlocked the doors just keep trying to unlock themselves even though they are unlocked, the interior lights also trip on, but luckily they are leds so they didnt drain the battery. anyways if anyone has a quick fix for this let me know.

Look for broken wires in the door bundles. The locks and lights work by putting a ground on the respective circuits, and these vehicles are notorious for wires breaking in the door bundles. You may be grounding something in there. Can you make it start or stop it by moving the doors? That would be an indication.
