Door Will Not Lock

I am unable to lock my drivers door using my remote or keys. All other doors react to the remote command but not the drivers door. I can hear the clicking sounds but the manual pin does not move. I drive a 1999 Explorer Eddie Bauer.
I would really appreciate some suggestions.

Mine was doing the same thing. Wouldn't lock. Had to push knob down. Now, it does lock, but the passenger door won't lock... Figure it's a problem with the actuator, just too lazy to pull the door panel off.
