door wont open

my 97 explorer 4x4 xl 4.0 sohc rear passenger door will not open it did the other day but now it wont any tricks to get it open or will i have to take the door skin off to get it open ? p.s iam new to this site and iam really impressed with it keep up the good work fellas

Do you have power locks? Alarm systems (factory and/or aftermarket)? Anybody with little toys putting them in the latch area?

yep power locks and no lil toys and no alarm unless the power lock locked it and now it doesent work lol?

When you open the window, can you access the interior lock on the door? Does the window work fine? The childproof switch is in the correct position? How about the door lock control, is it in the correct position? And you can't open it either from the outside or inside?
