This should be all you need to adjust them. You don't need keys to lift the truck with the torsion bar adjusting bolts. Are you 2wd? I wouldn't raise a 4wd 3 inches. 2 is about the max that everyone seems to recommend. It's super easy to do in a driveway, and should take under 30 minutes. You'll need a wheel alignment afterwards.

ya know thanks for that link, i been wondering how i would do the ts. figured the shackle part out just didnt know about this. guess im too lazy to search, lol.

would i really have to get a wheel alignment afterwards? i wanted to do this this weekend but if i need the alignment then ima have to wait til i get more money. tax rebate check cant come sooner, lol

But I just want cut this part on the laser for me and my frends in Poland. I need the drawing from truxxx adjustment or DXF file.

It will be cheaper to cut this part in Poland then buy it in USA.

It is important for all user of Explorer in my country.
 






Like MBROOKS420 said, You DON'T NEED those keys to lift your truck.
All you have to do is turn the adjustment bolts to lift the truck with the existing keys. There is more than enough adjustment with the stock keys to bind the CV's.
