My wife's 2000 explorer drivers side door lock stopped working(will not lock). I pulled the interior off to take a look and the rod that connects to the locking mechanism keeps popping out of the plastic holder. I tried putting it back in but it seems to have worn out. Any suggestions? I don't have the smallest hands in the world and it is a pain to get in there. Not even sure what I am looking for for parts. Any help would be great!
