I have a 1999 Ford Explorer Sport. I have checked the other threads in regards to the driver side door lock but i have not found one that matches my situation. The lock will not pop up when either using the remote from the key or from the actual module on the door. When i press either one I can here as though something is trying to move but no response from the lock (does not pop up). On the rare occasion it will pop up but with resistance. I have taken the door panel off and sprayed the inside with WD40, but no improvement. Any ideas?
