driver's seat will not tilt

My daughter has a 2005 explorer and the up and tilt motors work but will not turn the screws how can I fix this

could not buy the worm gears that I needed to fix my daughter' car so I removed the parts from a 1996 explorer power seat and fixed hers. The seat works fine now and I did not spend $700.00 for a seat track. Cops013
