Dual exhaust on 1997 sohc

Hi all im in oz and im wanting to put a dual exhaust on my xl more for asthetics than performance though i dont wanna lose any. Can this be done and leave the spare in its stock location. Anyone got pics of how they may have goten round the spare cheers shaun

search, there are many discussions about doing this.

You can do it and leave the spare on but you need to get a good custom shop. It's not too difficult because the '97 XLT runs dual up to the muffler 3/4 back.
