Dual Exhaust

Is it possible to run a dual exhaust system on an Explorer Limited or Eddie Bauer? I did some searching and have been told that those models have air shocks which block the room needed for duals. They said I would have to remove the spare to make room, but I wouldn't really want to do that because I tow our waverunners to Lake Placid 2hrs away, and don't want to have a flat. I've seen duals on XLT'S and they sound awsome. The reason I'm asking is because I have an 94' xlt with flows, but was in accident last week, so my mom and I went looking at the 2000-2001 Limiteds and like those, but if I can't get duals then I'd rather get an XLT and save my mom some money.

They are wrong. Its very possible to put duals on an explorer, not realy duals but a single in/dual out muffler. I have mine coming out on each side of the back bumper.

DO U STILL HAVE UR SPARE? I WAS TOLD NO DUALS WITHOUT REMOVING THE SPARE.
