Originally posted by VairKing For you guys with true dual exhaust, how did they route the pipe around the spare tire and exit the truck on the left side? I think I am going to go with a 50 series SUV, dual in dual out. Will this act as an X pipe or will I still need to put an X pipe in somewhere? TIA...
That is the same setup I have. That muffler is dual in, then goes to 3", then through the muffler, back to 3", then dual out. It will do the same thing as an X pipe.

I have the same engine as you with that muffler. Dead Link Removed is a clip of my exhaust just reving. Dead Link Removed is one of me driving and Dead Link Removed is another. The first one is messed up in the beginning and it was raining when we did it so there's a lot of road noise. Hope this helps you guys.

Dude sorry to tell you but unless that included some inexpensive headers or something then you got ripped. Dont mean to be annoying by saying that but what exactly did they do for your exhaust? Sizes, cats, mufflers, specs how many??? Maybe that can help me understand why it cost so much if there is something else included with your exhaust that you forgot to tell.

Not really sure to be honest with you...my uncle had it done. My uncle had it done right before i bought the truck from him and he told me that he spent close to $900 on the full system.
If you ever do plan on going with some other mods later. Just to give you advice i would say to find the specs out for your stuff, that way you can see how well it will flow if you ever decide to put any serious stuff under your hood. But if you basically plan on running it stock then just disregard what i just said and keep hearing the sound of power coming from under your hood.
