To do double shocks consists of more than welding some tabs up to a piece of tubing and welded to your frame. There are a lot of angles involved which quite frankly won't look the way you're thinking of. There has to be clearance between the control arms to even fit two shocks between there which you guessed it. There isn't. I run a 2.0 coilover with a 2.5" diameter spring and it hardly clears the control arms. At full droop it touches. So all in all you'd have to make a wide enough control arm to do so. Camburg has a kit that does include everything and does greatly increase wheel travel and some lift. But if you're looking to have some sort of budget it won't work. MakIng uppers alone will be pretty darn expensive especially machining the joint that joins the spindle and uca together.
Short answer.... No not without a lot of fab work.
