Dual (Triple?) Diagnostic Codes

Just got a new (to me) 06 Explorer Eddie Bauer w V8
Next day the CEL came on, I took it to a friend who is a mechanic and has a code reader.
Got these three codes: P0308; P0316 and P1260
He gave me the descriptions (#8 cylinder misfire; misfire on start-up and theft detected-engine disabled)
He reset the light and it hasn't come back on (in about 15 miles of driving).
In the case of the 0308 and 0316 codes; what is the chance that they are related and what is the most probable failure?
What the heck is the other code about? Theft Detected-Engine Disabled?

I am taking the Explorer back to the dealer where I got it but it wasn't a Ford dealer and I would like to come prepared.

P0308 and p0316 are related, pull number coil pack and look for water first in the plug well. Coils usually dont go bad on 3V motors. Could be spark plug if higher mileage. P1260 could be from somebody putting wrong key in there or programming additional keys.
