Dupli Color Match Maker

Okay so I was at Auto-Zone today looking for some Dupli Color paint to paint my center console pieces to match my fender flares when I ran across this new "system" of touch up paint.

If you guys aren't familiar with it, you can find out information here:

Basically I made this post to ask if the stuff is worth buying. According to the directions you need the primer, base coat and clear coat pens but I just can't picture this coming out good....

Ford paint code is "RC" (Medium Platinum).

FYI, I used Dupli-Color "Medium Wedgewood" to colour match the rear spoiler on my old Sport and it was very close to stock.

I prefer to stay away from touch up paint. I think it looks worse than the actual chip.

These paints are apparently exact and its not a spray paint.... its a little pen/brush thing. I have never seen anything like it.

I'm talking about the spray myself (re: spoiler paint). The touch-u pens are "OK" at best and not as good a match.

Okay forget the Match Maker... I think I will eventually just get my grille, hood and roof repainted. Anyways as for the other question.... Do you know what Dupli-Color spray paint color is close to the Medium Platinum Ford color?

I never found any from Duplicolor.
