DVD player has no sound.

We bought a '96 Eddie Bauer edition with a DVD player but the guy we bought it from didn't know anything about it. We have figured out how to turn it on, put a disc in and get it to play but we haven't found any way to get sound out of it. Can anyone help me?

Most likely FM modulated. Play a DVD and start from the bottom of your FM dial and move up. The one's I've seen have mostly been in lower part of the dial.
